Gladys has 20 years of experience managing HR and Administration in a wide range of industries including FMCG, Retail, Public Relations, Advertising, Automotive and Consulting sectors.
Her journey in Human Resources began by taking on generalist functions and moving on to business partnering roles. Through this, she discovered her passion in connecting talents with opportunities and creating an exceptional culture to drive high performance.
She has a proven track record in managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition and has partnered with Global/Regional HR teams for hiring across all levels and successfully translating business targets into actionable people strategies to enhance productivity, growth and employee engagement.
With a combination of HR and Marketing skills, she is committed to helping organisations attract and retain the best talents. She also aims to give back to society by nurturing young minds on career growth, advancement and professional development.
Gladys holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Business Administration from Coventry University, United Kingdom and was recently accredited as MIHRM Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) and HRDF Certified Trainer (TTT).
