Nedžad Pirić was born on August 10, 1970. in Tuzla. He finished elementary and "Mixed High School of Mechanical Engineering" in Tuzla, after which, in 2000, he graduated from the Business School at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tuzla. In 2011, the candidate graduated from the Faculty of Economics, the University of Tuzla, majoring in Marketing, and in 2016 he defended his master's thesis entitled "Information Security as a Determinant of the Continuity of the Information System" and thus obtained the title of Master of Economics.

From 2004 to 2010, Nedzad Piric was engaged in Human Resources for the American company KBR in Iraq. He ended his engagement as a Human Resources Manager. From 2013 to 2014, Nedžad Pirić established a permanent employment relationship with the Partner Microcredit Foundation in Tuzla. From 2015 to 2016, Nedžad Pirić worked as a Property Manager at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Leasing Tuzla, while from 2016 to 2018 he worked as a Regional Manager for Austrofon doo Tuzla and a Development Manager at Neutrino doo Tuzla. From 2019 until today, Nedžad Pirić has been working as Development Manager for the Canadian company Learning Library Inc. Since 2016, Nedžad Pirić has been continuously engaged as a Senior Assistant at the American University in Tuzla and Sarajevo in teaching § Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Management, Industrial Psychology, Customer Behavior and Marketing, New Product Development and Branding, Sales Volume Management, Distribution Channels, Professional Sales, Management and Strategy of Retail, Service Management / Customer Relations, Project Management, Management of Technology, Quantitative Approaches to Management, E-Commerce, Advanced topics in Computer Application, Introduction to Data Mining, Engineering Project Analysis, Investment Banking, Operating- System Fundamentals, Critical and Creative Thinking and Decision Making, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Research, Internet Marketing / Viral Marketing, Marketing, Library / Information Literacy. He is currently Digital Transformation Director in EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) Digital Transformation Section and supports and as an Interims Director for the Internet of Things (IoT).

During academic 2017/2018, Nedžad enrolled in a doctoral study at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tuzla, majoring in "Digital Economy". In addition, he is very active in social work, especially through his engagement in the Rotary community, and held the position of President of the Rotary Club Tuzla for the election year 2016-2017. He is also a candidate and Rotary International Coordinator for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through his work and professional training, he served as President of the Supervisory Board of Tuzla International Airport and a member of the Management Board of the Cantonal Privatization Agency.
