Sandra is a HR professional with over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. She has worked for a number of prominent Fortune 500 companies including Mondelez International, Honeywell International, and Momentive Specialty Chemicals. Her area of expertise is in hiring talents both locally and internationally across the Asia Pacific and in a wide range of industries including but not limited to FMCG, aerospace, engineering, retail, industrial, shared services, and manufacturing. With a proven track record in hiring for different regions and roles, her skills lie in identifying potential future leaders and strong relationship-building skills.

Sandra also has strong employer branding skills; the most notable result is taking the lead in Mondelez International achieving the Top 10 and Top 5 ranking at the Graduate’s Choice Awards (for 2 consecutive years) and the Best Company to Work for in Asia (Singapore) awards.
