A professional practitioner with more than 20 years of work experience in the areas of Learning & Development, Programme Management, National Transformation Programs, data analysis, complex stakeholder engagement and strategic advisory to clients from public and private sectors. I led and delivered complex programmes via structured problem-solving Labs at Putrajaya involving key stakeholders such as Ministers, public and private sectors under the Ministry of Education. I am certified in  Managing Successful Programme, PRINCE (Foundation) and AGILE.

I obtained my BSc in Human Development from University Putra Malaysia in 2001 and completed Masters of Business Administration from the University of East London. I am also currently in the process of pursuing PhD at University Putra Malaysian in the research field of Effective Gamification in Virtual Learning Environments.

Personally, I thrive on helping others, and going above and beyond to achieve the end in mind. I value learning from others, having smart connections and hearing about other's challenges and how I can problem solve and continuously value adding to them. I believe in being agile and enjoy war-room discussions. I love to read self-development books and listen to inspirational podcasts. Two of my favorite books are Educated by Tara Westover and The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. My favorite podcast is Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations.
